Return Policy

We have a generous return policy for any items that don't fit. We will accept returns or exchanges for any items that are in new, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. The only exception to that is for anything that requires customization, such as custom suits which are considered final sale.

 For all returnable items:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return/exchange.
  • Returns/exchanges require a request through our returns portal prior to returning your purchase. You can find our portal here: https://www.racechick.com/apps/return_prime
  • All return/exchanged products MUST BE RECEIVED by Racechick within 30 days of the order delivery date to be eligible for return/exchange. If received later than that, we will ship it back to you at your cost or issue a store credit at our discretion.
  • Returns/exchanges must be in new, unworn and saleable condition. Tags and stickers must be attached. Our returns department inspects each and every product that come back to us. 
  • Used product or product showing obvious signs of wear cannot be returned/exchanged. If items appear to be used or missing tags upon inspection when we receive it, we have the right to send it back to you at your cost. Items must be free of Pet Hair, dust, dirt, scratches, sun/water damages, cigarette smoke, perfumes or colognes. Shoes may be tried on indoors only and must be tried on carpeted surfaces. We inspect the soles of all returned shoes, and any signs of wear, scuffing, dirt, or use will make the item ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. A 10% restock fee will apply on FR Race Gear being returned (does not apply on exchanges) as our insurance requires us to inspect the item prior to resale. If free shipping was utilized when placing the order, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs for returns/exchanges. Please make sure that it is insured for replacement value as we cannot issue credit or refunds on products that may have been lost or damaged in shipping.

International Returns and Customs Fees

For international returns, customers are responsible for completing customs documentation correctly. All returned items must be declared as returned merchandise and not as a new commercial sale.

Because incorrect customs declarations can result in duties, tariffs, or processing fees that are billed to us after the return is received, we reserve the right to withhold up to 20% of the original order value from the refund until the return has cleared customs and any applicable fees are confirmed.

If no duties or tariffs are incurred, the balance of the refund will be issued. If customs fees are assessed due to incorrect declaration, the applicable amount will be deducted from the refund.

Customs fees resulting from incorrect declarations are non refundable.
