Return Policy

We have a generous return policy for any items that don't fit. We will accept returns or exchanges for any items that are in new, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. The only exception to that is for anything that requires customization, such as custom suits or embroidery which are considered final sale. 

Should you wish to return or exchange, please email sales@racechick.com for an RMA number. 

 For all returnable items:

•You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return/exchange your merchandise.
•Returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact customer service at sales@racechick.com to obtain an RMA prior to returning your purchase. 
•RMA numbers expire 10 days after being issued, all return products MUST BE RECEIVED by Racechick within 14 days.
•Used product cannot be returned/exchanged. We inspect every item and if found to be worn or used, we will not issue a refund.
•Returns must be in new, saleable condition. Tags and stickers must be attached.
•Shipping charges are non-refundable.
•Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs for exchanges and returns.
