Where are you located?

We ship all items out of our Northern California location. 

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Officially, we say to give all in-stock items up to 3 business days to ship out. Unofficially, we try to fulfill orders the next day. 

In stock items - 1-3 business days

Race Gear - Can take 5-6 weeks for production time. Some items are in-stock, some items are not, so check the individual product pages for the timeline. 

What is your return policy?

 IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE WE ARE HERE TO HELP.

Apparel - we accept exchanges for any items that don't fit that are in new, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please email sales@racechick.com for an RMA number. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Race Gear - we accept exchanges for any items that don't fit that are in new, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please email sales@racechick.com for an RMA number. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. ***Please note that if any customization is done to an item, such as Custom Suits, custom logo or name embroidery, the item is FINAL SALE.***

For all returnable items:

•You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return/exchange your merchandise.
•Returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact customer service at sales@racechick.com to obtain an RMA prior to returning your purchase. There are no returns on anything that has been customized.
•RMA numbers expire 10 days after being issued, all return products MUST BE RECEIVED by Racechick within 10 days.
•Used product cannot be returned/exchanged.
•Returns must be in new, saleable condition. Tags and stickers must be attached.
•Shipping charges are non-refundable.
•Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs for exchanges and returns
