Where are you located?

We ship all items out of our Northern California location. 

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Officially, we say to give all in-stock items up to 3 business days to ship out. Unofficially, we try to fulfill orders the same or next day. 

In stock items - typcially 1-3 business days

Race Gear - some of our items are custom or made to order and can take up to 16 weeks. These timelines will be noted on the product page.

Please note that our Expedited Shipping is 1-3 days in transit depending on how far you are from California. This is for shipping transit time and is not inclusive of fulfillment time. 

What is your return policy?

 IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE WE ARE HERE TO HELP.

Apparel - we accept returns & exchanges for any items that don't fit that are in new, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. To request a return or exchange, simply go to our home page, scroll down to menu at the very bottom of the page and click 'request a return/exchange' or you can find that page here. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Hats & Decals - Final Sale

Race Suits & Gearwe accept returns & exchanges for any items that don't fit that are in new, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days. To request a return/exchange, simply go to our home page, scroll down to the menu at the very bottom of the page and click 'request a return/exchange'. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. If we paid for the product shipping, please note that amount may be deducted from the refund.

Our Race Suits & Gear are subject to a 10% restocking fee as we have to inspect the FR items to make sure there has been no damage to the fire protection while not in our care.

FOR ALL HOLIDAY PURCHASES: Any race gear items purchased after 11/15 will have until 1/8/22 (14 days from 12/25) to request an RMA.

For all returnable items:

•You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return/exchange for your merchandise.
•Returns/exchanges must be requested through our system by scrolling to the bottom of our home page and clicking the 'request a return/exchange' button. There are no returns on anything that has been customized.
•Return items must be received by us within 30 days of the order delivery date.
•Used product cannot be returned/exchanged.
•Returns must be in new, saleable condition. Tags and stickers must be attached. If items appear to be used or missing tags upon inspection when we receive it, we have the right to send it back to you at your cost.
•Shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was utilized when placing the order, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
•Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs for exchanges and returns

Race Gear Warranty Information:

We will warranty race gear from any sewmanship defects or defects in seams, collars, or zippers within 1 year of the date of purchase. Due to the nature of use, warranty is not applicable to tears, burns, rubbed areas, punctures, or other wear and tear that may happen in a racing situation. We do not cover against extreme or excessive use, improper storage, stains, water or other outside elements. Suits should be stored in a dry dark area when not in use. We recommend waiting until the suit is completely dry and then storing it in the bag that it was shipped in.

As with all untreated clothing, damage from elements including sun, dyes, moisture or other environmental effects may be more likely to effect the product and are not covered under warranty. If you have a problem with any of our products, please reach out to us at sales@racechick.com and we will review any reasonable concern.

We have partnered with Shopify to offer a way to shop now and pay later for all purchases over $50. There is no credit check, no financing or interest charges, and you order is shipped asap. Buy it now and split it into 4 easy, automatic payments. 

Do you ship to countries outside of the USA? 

We do! Right now we ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and North America. Please note that the shipping rate does not take into account any duties, taxes or fees that your country may charge. Since these duties are almost impossible to keep up with for all countries and change frequently, it is the customer's responsibility to look into fees prior to purchase and pay any fees incurred.
